Phoenix: In a move that complements the strategic partnership that AJW Group has already established with Aviation Technical Services, a wide-ranging repair agreement specifically covering a suite of component across various platforms was signed at MRO Americas in Phoenix on Tuesday 8th April.
“Specialising in Boeing products, ATS is one of the largest MRO organisations on the West Coast offering both airframe maintenance and component services. Our skills perfectly complement what AJW Technique can offer through its Airbus specialism and ensures that together we can truly drive down direct maintenance costs for operators of both aircraft types. This repairs agreement brings ATS’ competitive pricing, turn time and reliability to support AJW’s fleet under contract and we are very pleased to announce this agreement in Phoenix” comments Michael Beck, Vice President & General Manager Components, Aviation Technical Services.
“The combined strengths of AJW Aviation, AJW Technique and ATS offer a powerful integrated solution for our global customer base” explains Deepak Sharma, Chief Technical Officer, AJW Group. “The close partnership we have established with ATS is enabling us to deliver a compelling and fresh approach that furthers our joint ambitions to become the partner of choice for airlines seeking competitive advantage. We already serve a global customer base of more than 800 airlines with almost 500 aircraft under contract; so together AJW and ATS will provide operators with a much broader scope of capabilities through our combined strengths. These will address an increasing demand for comprehensive services and supply chain value propositions.”
