As President of AJW Technique, Louis leads the Group's MRO facility in Montréal, Canada, bringing over 25 years of international operational and strategic expertise to the role. He oversees the facility's growth and operational excellence, leveraging extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects across diverse regions.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Louis excels at building strong relationships and driving high standards of performance across the organisation. Since joining AJW Technique as Senior Vice President in 2021, he has successfully guided the facility through a period of renewed growth and development, strengthening its position as a leading independent MRO provider.
Beyond AJW, Louis is committed to advancing the broader aerospace sector through his role as MRO Workgroup President of Aéro Montréal, supporting Quebec's aerospace cluster and championing collaboration, competitiveness, and sustainable progress within the industry.

Allan is responsible for all engineering and quality activities at AJW Technique. He oversees AJW Technique's product strategy, drives new product introductions and leads the development of proprietary repairs under AJW Technique's Design Approval Organisation to maximise reliability and reduce cost. In addition, he is the Transport Canada designated PRM (Person Responsible for Maintenance) and oversees the Quality Assurance System. With more than twenty years' experience in the industry, Allan has held key Operations, Engineering and General Management positions with both major OEMs (Goodrich and Honeywell) and independent MROs. He brings a wealth of strategic and general management skills and experience as well as demonstrable Lean Manufacturing expertise, and has played a pivotal role in the start-up of AJW Technique.
