This data, along with our aftermarket expertise, allows us to reduce turn-around times and ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time to optimise network stock availability and reduce working capital.

 

Reduce transaction friction

We work with our customers to fully understand the processes and dynamics of their business allowing us to build bespoke connectivity to our application programming interfaces (APIs) for straight-through processing. Customers and parts holders can view the status of transactions at any stage from enquiry to delivery. A daily reporting toolset provides a clear view of open Work in Process (WIP), the contracted due date, and highlights orders that are at risk of not hitting agreed KPIs.

Self-service with a whole new dimension

Built on in-house technologies, we offer our customers and partners seamless access to their quotes, orders and accounts through the AJW Customer Portal. Responsive, interactive and available on phones, tablets and computers, users have immediate access to part certification, quote and order information with real-time and transparent order tracking from their desk or on the go.

We also offer direct integration with our customers equipment, software and core systems allowing orders to be raised and automatically placed into our system for straight-through-processing.

 

The AJW Customer Portal allows for easier collaboration and communication with a chat function. This interactive interface enables customers to check the status of their orders and their history with an operator in real-time. This enhanced experience is faster and less prone to error while ensuring that the data and process remain integrated.

 

Dashboards, reports and analytics also form part of our offering.
