With almost twenty years experience in both commercial and business aviation, Sajedah was responsible for the design and management of the Bombardier Q400, CRJ and CSeries cost by hour services, as well as component reliability, asset management and supply chain solutions across all commercial aircraft programs. Sajedah went on to manage strategy and business development for parts services and solutions , delivering significant growth, cost optimization and increased customer satisfaction. She later moved into business aviation and transformed the Global Express, Challenger and Learjet aftermarket, delivering double-digit growth with accelerated sales, delivery efficiency and heightened customer experience. In addition, she delivered 30 new products and services to the business jet aftermarket annually, including cost by hour options, teardown, and leasing solutions, modifications and upgrades, to meet broad and diverse customer needs.
Sajedah became Chief Executive Officer at AJW Technique, the Group’s renowned global maintenance business where she is responsible for leading strategy and business development, products, and services innovation, while ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction across all service centres, including Canada, Europe and Interiors divisions.
Sajedah is a Board Director and transformation coach to executives and companies across multiple industries. She is an active promoter of AWing, Women in Aerospace, Industrial Services Roundtable, and Young Entrepreneurs, supporting emerging and established talent. Sajedah is an avid investor in disruptive technologies and digital transformation.
She is fluent in English and French, holds a Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of London with Six Sigma, Lean Management, Agile and Business Process Engineering certifications.

Allan is responsible for all engineering and quality activities at AJW Technique. He oversees AJW Technique's product strategy, drives new product introductions and leads the development of proprietary repairs under AJW Technique's Design Approval Organisation to maximise reliability and reduce cost. In addition, he is the Transport Canada designated PRM (Person Responsible for Maintenance) and oversees the Quality Assurance System. With more than twenty years' experience in the industry, Allan has held key Operations, Engineering and General Management positions with both major OEMs (Goodrich and Honeywell) and independent MROs. He brings a wealth of strategic and general management skills and experience as well as demonstrable Lean Manufacturing expertise, and has played a pivotal role in the start-up of AJW Technique.

Robert is responsible for spearheading the overall growth and direction of the company's marketing initiatives, sales channel development, support to the worldwide sales force, and optimising all aspects of customer interaction. He brings a customer-centric philosophy and twenty years of commercial and supply chain experience in the aviation industry to this role which was developed during his previous career with both Air Canada and the former Aveos.

Wasim joined AJW in January 2019 as a Senior Powerplant Engineer based at the AJW headquarters in Slinfold, UK. He was then promoted to Technical Project Manager and later moved into the role of Engine Services Manager and is now Director of Engines. Partnering with airlines, OEMs, and MROs, Wasim's expertise lies in trading, fleet management, technical support during acquisitions, cost modelling, piece parts sales, repairs, deliveries and redeliveries, lease management, contract and technical document reviews, assessing compliance, and shop visit management.
After graduating from the University of South Wales with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, he began his career as an Assistant Mechanic intern at General Electric. He gained further experience in the aviation sector at TES Aviation Group and Royal Aero GmbH where he held the roles of Powerplant Engineer. Dealing with maintenance services, asset management, and OWS while in these roles, his wealth of experience within aviation made him well suited to his positions at AJW Group where he is highly valued for his expertise and knowledge.
When not focused on his passion for engines and engineering, Wasim enjoys watching cricket and spending time exploring the woods and the beauty of nature with his wife and young family in West Sussex.
