As Business Development Manager for Major Assets, Ian is responsible for nurturing relationships with AJW Group's key customers and maximising the opportunities presented by the Group's global marketplace. Since joining AJW in August 2023, he has focused on understanding customer needs and aligning tailored solutions to support their success.
With over three decades of experience in the aerospace sector, Ian brings a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the industry's demands. His extensive expertise enables him to develop strategic solutions that drive value for both AJW and its customers, whilst identifying growth opportunities within the major assets portfolio.
Ian's customer-centric approach and sector knowledge strengthen AJW's ability to serve large-scale customer requirements and support the organisation's continued expansion in this strategically important market segment.

With over 25 years of experience at AJW, Lindsay has acquired a holistic understanding of the company's operations across Sales, Commercial, and Sales Operations. As Director of Asset Management, she manages all aspects of third-party consignment stock, from material arrival through component management, and coordinates commercial contractual reporting requirements, delivering performance reporting and building lasting relationships with consignors.
Lindsay brings her versatile skill set, extensive Quantum knowledge, and problem-solving mindset to deliver innovative solutions in the Major Asset environment. At the same time, her strategic approach to asset management and consignment coordination strengthens AJW's operational resilience and customer partnerships.

Nigel joined AJW back at the start of its expansion to become one of the world's leading component service providers. He began life at the company as a Stores Inspector before moving on to the roles of Aircraft Stores Manager and Chief Inspector before taking on the position of Quality Manager.
Now in his current role as Head of Technical Support, Nigel provides AJW's customers with un-paralleled expertise earned from over 20 years in the aviation industry, namely in the areas of: Aircraft technical records, major asset management, warranty & reliability management and aircraft end-of-life solutions. Nigel's extensive knowledge in these areas ensures that AJW's customers can get the most out of their assets and also avoid the many technical pitfalls that can often occur.
Noelia Hernandez
Strategic Asset Manager
Describing herself as Spanish with a deep love for British culture, Noelia Hernandez moved back to the UK in September 2012 and joined AJW in August 2014. Her AJW career began in sales, but she was quickly given the opportunity to develop and support a new service within the company. Her role involved supporting several airlines to efficiently return numerous aircraft at the end of lease transitions, helping them meet lease conditions, and offering on-site support.
She later moved into a role as Material & Assets Management Executive, and now, as Strategic Asset Manager, leads AJWs partnership with Honeywell. Her role involves trading, strategic purchasing, lease management, reviewing technical data, commercial evaluations and decisions, and management of components to maximize the return on investment (teardown, owned, consigned, etc.).
Having graduated as a Laboratory Technician in Spain, Noelia moved to the UK to improve her English, but once starting her career at AJW never returned to science - she believes she is an engineer at heart!
In her spare time, Noelia loves to read and has a passion for all things food related. She loves sports, travelling, British TV shows, and deep conversations.
