Allan is responsible for all engineering and quality activities at AJW Technique. He oversees AJW Technique's product strategy, drives new product introductions and leads the development of proprietary repairs under AJW Technique's Design Approval Organisation to maximise reliability and reduce cost. In addition, he is the Transport Canada designated PRM (Person Responsible for Maintenance) and oversees the Quality Assurance System. With more than twenty years' experience in the industry, Allan has held key Operations, Engineering and General Management positions with both major OEMs (Goodrich and Honeywell) and independent MROs. He brings a wealth of strategic and general management skills and experience as well as demonstrable Lean Manufacturing expertise, and has played a pivotal role in the start-up of AJW Technique.

Senior Manager, Business Development & Sales
James began his career in a sales and logistics environment and joined the AJW team in the UK at the beginning of 2016 to support their US account. Since then, he has relocated to Montreal where he operates from our MRO facility, AJW Technique. James’ role is to provide customer-centric support and solutions and to act as a primary contact to connect customers with AJW's portfolio of services. Focusing on building new relationships across the region he applies his years of experience in the sector to transform aviation efficiency.
When not in the office, James spends his time at the bouldering gym, taking part in distance runs, and teaching classes on the Highland Bagpipes.
