As Chief Commercial Officer of AJW Group, Scott is responsible for shaping and delivering the Group's commercial strategy across its diverse portfolio of businesses. Working closely with the Executive team and leaders across the organisation, he helps drive global business performance, operational effectiveness, and supply chain excellence.
With almost four decades of experience spanning airlines, aircraft leasing, OEMs, and the MRO sector, Scott has built and led high-performing commercial, sales, marketing, procurement, and supply chain teams across multiple aviation disciplines. Throughout his career, he has developed innovative growth strategies, managed complex leasing and aviation service programmes, and negotiated major commercial agreements across international markets.
Scott holds an Executive MBA with Distinction and is passionate about working with colleagues, customers, and industry partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. His extensive sector knowledge and strategic leadership continue to support AJW's growth and strengthen its position within the global aviation aftermarket.
