As Chief Executive Officer of AJ​W Technique, the group’s renowned maintenance hub in Canada, Sajedah is responsible for leading strategy and business development, products, and services innovation, whilst ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.


AJW Technique's state of the art facilities are regarded as one of the most efficient MRO providers in the world, with the ability to process 35,000 units per year across 600 part numbers. With over 200 employees, 75% of which have on average 25 year's experience, AJW Technique supports more than 300 airlines including Air Canada and Delta Airlines.


Sajedah has over fifteen years of strategic and operational leadership experience in both commercial and business aviation. She was responsible for the design and management of the Bombardier Q400, CRJ and CSeries cost by hour services, as well as component reliability, asset management and supply chain solutions across all commercial aircraft programs.


Sajedah went on to manage strategy and business development for the parts services and solutions division, delivering significant growth, cost optimization and increased customer satisfaction. She later moved into business aviation and transformed the Global Express, Challenger and Learjet aftermarket, delivering double-digit growth with accelerated sales, delivery efficiency and heightened customer focus.


In her past role, she delivered 30 new products and services to the business jet aftermarket annually, including diverse cost by hour options, teardown, and leasing solutions, modifications, and upgrades to meet broad and diverse customer needs.


Sajedah is fluent in English and French, holds a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree from the University of London with Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Business Process Engineering certifications. She is an active supporter of Women in Aerospace, Industrial Services Roundtable, and Young Entrepreneurs Associations and has a passion for family, culture, travel, food, scuba, and kick-boxing.

After graduating from Reading with a degree in Business and Economics, Boris joined AJW as a team member of the Sales Department. He progressed quickly into the role of Divisional Sales Manager and further to the position of Commercial Director. He was appointed Chief Executive of AJW Aviation in 2009. His role as Chief Executive saw the impressive annual double-digit growth of the business and ensured continued flexibility and outstanding service for AJW customers. As Chief Strategy Officer of AJW Group, Boris will now be responsible for helping to define the Group’s Strategy and execute delivery of that Strategy. In 2012 Boris won the UK Institute of Directors Young Director of the Year Award.

With over 25 years' experience in aviation, Conrad has worked previously for Flightspares and the BBA Group before joining AJW as Commercial & Contracts Manager in 2004. With a change in role to MRO Director in 2007, he became responsible for the total repair management service at AJW, supporting both AJW and direct customer inventories, developing them significantly under his tenure. Following this, Conrad took up position as Sales Development Director whose responsibilities included the management and sale of all major assets held by AJW, with the additional focus of continual development and growth of all aspects of AJW capabilities. In his current role as SVP Strategic Material & Asset Management he manages and develops all existing and future consigment opportunities, to increase the current stock and sales portfolio for our global programmes.

Asier took responsibility for the European region before progressing to his current role and looks to develop new business opportunities for AJW as part of a team of group sales directors.

As Group Sales Director, Hafsah is responsible for seeking and developing strategic collaborative opportunities for AJW Group. She monitors market trends and offers solutions and services that meet or predict customer requirements of new and existing key accounts and is all about mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term business.


Hafsah joined AJW in 2010 and has held various senior roles within the global sales arena, the most recent being Regional Sales Director for Africa. She is an ardent ‘voice of the customer’ champion, sharing and embedding customer insights within AJW and furthering the Group’s partnership ethos.


She was an instrumental member of the start-up team at AJW Technique, the Group’s MRO facility in Montreal, including the set-up of the customer service department.


Prior to joining AJW, Hafsah worked in sales, customer relations and pilot recruitment & training within the Virgin & TUI Groups.


Hafsah holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

Ian joined AJW from Flybe where he was Director of Engineering & Maintenance responsible for the management of a large team covering engineering, maintenance control, supply chain, and line maintenance. Prior to that he ran a consulting firm working with multiple clients within the aviation industry. Further operational and technical experience came through roles with Wizz Air, Thomsonfly, Britannia Airways, British Airways World Cargo and British Airways Engineering. Ian also has an MBA from Henley Management College and an Aeronautical Engineering BEng degree.


Ian began life at AJW as Key Account Director and was responsible for the development and evolution of business partnerships with key customers, particularly in new markets or service areas. Now, as Director of Commercial Strategy, he is responsible for managing AJW’s dynamic Commercial function, as it strives to further develop the company’s successful contracted business. Ian acts as the focal point for commercial projects, developing new proposals and pricing strategies to better serve AJW’s growing customer base.

Following this, Conrad took up position as Sales Development Director whose responsibilities included the management and sale of all major assets held by AJW, with the additional focus of continual development and growth of all aspects of AJW capabilities. In his current role as SVP Strategic Material & Asset Management he manages and develops all existing and future consigment opportunities, to increase the current stock and sales portfolio for our global programmes.

Asier joined AJW in 2008, coming from a background in the MRO sector in Spain. Starting in the company as a customer service executive, Asier progressed quickly to the role of team leader, overseeing the European market. His success in this role led to his promotion to VP Sales Iberomerica.


Asier took responsibility for the European region before progressing to his current role and looks to develop new business opportunities for AJW as part of a team of group sales directors.

As Group Sales Director, Hafsah is responsible for seeking and developing strategic collaborative opportunities for AJW Group. She monitors market trends and offers solutions and services that meet or predict customer requirements of new and existing key accounts and is all about mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term business.


Hafsah joined AJW in 2010 and has held various senior roles within the global sales arena, the most recent being Regional Sales Director for Africa. She is an ardent ‘voice of the customer’ champion, sharing and embedding customer insights within AJW and furthering the Group’s partnership ethos.


She was an instrumental member of the start-up team at AJW Technique, the Group’s MRO facility in Montreal, including the set-up of the customer service department.


Prior to joining AJW, Hafsah worked in sales, customer relations and pilot recruitment & training within the Virgin & TUI Groups.


Hafsah holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

Ian joined AJW from Flybe where he was Director of Engineering & Maintenance responsible for the management of a large team covering engineering, maintenance control, supply chain, and line maintenance. Prior to that he ran a consulting firm working with multiple clients within the aviation industry. Further operational and technical experience came through roles with Wizz Air, Thomsonfly, Britannia Airways, British Airways World Cargo and British Airways Engineering. Ian also has an MBA from Henley Management College and an Aeronautical Engineering BEng degree.


Ian began life at AJW as Key Account Director and was responsible for the development and evolution of business partnerships with key customers, particularly in new markets or service areas. Now, as Director of Commercial Strategy, he is responsible for managing AJW’s dynamic Commercial function, as it strives to further develop the company’s successful contracted business. Ian acts as the focal point for commercial projects, developing new proposals and pricing strategies to better serve AJW’s growing customer base.

Madeline has over 17 years’ experience working in a customer-facing environment and has a proven track record of building productive partnerships. She entered the aviation sector in 2014 as a Sales Executive in the Latin American team, moving up the ranks and into Regional Sales for Engines in 2017 before taking up her current role of Head of Engine Services in 2018. Prior to joining AJW, Madeline honed her skills in the shipping industry, providing spare parts for a range of vessels.
