AJW Technique, the maintenance hub for AJW Group's global component repair and overhaul activities, has appointed Sajedah Rustom as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board.
At AJW Technique, Rustom will be responsible for leading strategy and business development, products and services innovation, whilst ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
Rustom has over fifteen years of strategic and operational leadership experience in both commercial and business aviation. She was previously responsible for the design and management of Bombardier's commercial aircraft cost by hour programs, including component reliability, asset management and supply chain solutions. Sajedah went on to manage strategy and business development for the parts services division, delivering enhanced growth, cost optimisation and customer satisfaction. She later moved into business aviation transforming the Global Express, Challenger and Learjet aftermarket, with significant results.
Rustom holds a Bachelor and a Master's degree from the University of London.
