As Chief Executive Officer of AJ​W Technique, the group's renowned maintenance hub in Canada, Sajedah is responsible for leading strategy and business development, products, and services innovation, whilst ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
AJW Technique's state of the art facilities are regarded as one of the most efficient MRO providers in the world, with the ability to process 35,000 units per year across 600 part numbers. With over 200 employees, 75% of which have on average 25 year's experience, AJW Technique supports more than 300 airlines including Air Canada and Delta Airlines.
Sajedah has over fifteen years of strategic and operational leadership experience in both commercial and business aviation. She was responsible for the design and management of the Bombardier Q400, CRJ and CSeries cost by hour services, as well as component reliability, asset management and supply chain solutions across all commercial aircraft programs.
Sajedah went on to manage strategy and business development for the parts services and solutions division, delivering significant growth, cost optimization and increased customer satisfaction. She later moved into business aviation and transformed the Global Express, Challenger and Learjet aftermarket, delivering double-digit growth with accelerated sales, delivery efficiency and heightened customer focus.
In her past role, she delivered 30 new products and services to the business jet aftermarket annually, including diverse cost by hour options, teardown, and leasing solutions, modifications, and upgrades to meet broad and diverse customer needs.
Sajedah is fluent in English and French, holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of London with Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Business Process Engineering certifications. She is an active supporter of Women in Aerospace, Industrial Services Roundtable, and Young Entrepreneurs Associations and has a passion for family, culture, travel, food, scuba, and kick-boxing.

He oversees AJW Technique's product strategy, drives new product introductions and leads the development of proprietary repairs under AJW Technique's Design Approval Organisation to maximise reliability and reduce cost. In addition, he is the Transport Canada designated PRM (Person Responsible for Maintenance) and oversees the Quality Assurance System. With more than twenty years' experience in the industry, Allan has held key Operations, Engineering and General Management positions with both major OEMs (Goodrich and Honeywell) and independent MROs. He brings a wealth of strategic and general management skills and experience as well as demonstrable Lean Manufacturing expertise, and has played a pivotal role in the start-up of AJW Technique.

He brings a customer-centric philosophy and twenty years of commercial and supply chain experience in the aviation industry to this role which was developed during his previous career with both Air Canada and the former Aveos.

With a BSc (Hons) degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Alun Roberts joined AJW Engines in 2013 as a Technical Executive providing support to the Company's team of engineers and engine management advisers. He quickly progressed to a senior role within the department working applying due diligence on all engine pre-purchases and end of lease inspections.
In 2015 Alun transferred to AJW Leasing and he is now responsible for managing the entire portfolio of AJW engine assets. This programme offers leading engine solutions to operators for lease, exchange and sale. In addition, Alun is responsible for identifying market trends and coordinating with AJW's global resources to maximise new opportunities and develop future opportunities for AJW assets.
