Angela joined AJW in 2010 to assist in the growth and expansion of our footprint in North America. Her 20 years in the aviation aftermarket industry include a wide range of experience in sales and marketing, business development, operations, quality and general management. She currently supports a diverse US customer base including airlines and MRO's by providing technical, financial and contractual solutions while driving development of national sales strategies. Prior to joining AJW Angela spent nearly 15 years at Airline Spares America ultimately holding the position of Vice President, as well as 2 years with Component Control as a sales and business development executive.

Robert is responsible for spearheading the overall growth and direction of the company's marketing initiatives, sales channel development, support to the worldwide sales force, and optimising all aspects of customer interaction. He brings a customer centric philosophy and twenty years of commercial and supply chain experience in the aviation industry to this role which was developed during his previous career with both Air Canada and the former Aveos.

With over 23 years' experience in aviation, Cari joined AJW in September 2014. In her previous role as National Account Manager at GECAS she played a key part in account management and planning. This included taking responsibility for an award-winning Boeing Government contract for nine years. She also co-ordinated and implemented training programmes for sales support and purchasing staff. Cari is now responsible for developing AJW's relationships with new customers, and strives to broaden the current scope of AJW's aircraft component sales with leading airlines and MROs.

As AJW Aviation's first graduate trainee Josh spent several years learning the key aspects of operational development within the organisation. This led into strategic project management at all levels implementing change solutions across the AJW Group. Josh has been in the AJW Technique team since day one and was quickly moved into the development of global corporate initiatives in relation to product scope as well as target market. With ground up core knowledge of the business from acquisition to full scale technical production Josh has been able to leverage a deep seeded understanding of aircraft component maintenance to augment the sales effort. Now Director of Sales for the organization he is accountable for all incoming revenue streams and as such influences both near and future objectives from a strategic standpoint. Analysis of competitive intel, formation of commercial proposals, evolving service delivery, maintaining steady account growth and forging new sales channels all fall under his remit.
