With over 25 years experience in aviation, Conrad has worked previously for Flightspares and the BBA Group before joining AJW as Commercial & Contracts Manager in 2004. With a change in role to MRO Director in 2007, he became responsible for the total repair management service at AJW, supporting both AJW and direct customer inventories, developing them significantly under his tenure. Following this, Conrad took up position as Sales Development Director whose responsibilities included the management and sale of all major assets held by AJW, with the additional focus of continual development and growth of all aspects of AJW capabilities. In his current role as SVP Strategic Material & Asset Management, he manages and develops all existing and future consignment opportunities, to increase the current stock and sales portfolio for our global programmes.

As Senior Vice President of Operations at AJW Technique, the group’s state-of-the-art MRO hub in Montreal, Louis brings over 25 years of international operational and strategic experience to the Group.


 


Louis’ career in aviation started at Bombardier, where he worked his way up from quality assurance to General Manager Operations. Speaking three languages (English, French and Spanish) helped Louis lead individuals and multidisciplinary teams to complete numerous site transfers between and within China, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Northern Ireland, Taiwan, and the United States.


 


After a career that has taken him all around the world Louis is delighted to put his feet firmly on the ground at AJW Technique in Montreal, just 10 minutes from where he grew up. It wasn’t just the location that appealed, but AJW Technique’s accelerating technological innovation, ambitious, well-articulated expansion plans, and their dedicated, dynamic, experienced team that sealed the deal.
