Jenny joined AJW in 2022 as a Business Development Manager for its regional customer accounts in China. As part of a dynamic, multicultural, solution-driven team, she keeps customer service at the forefront of her career with AJW Group.
Working as part of a global team with a mission to nurture relationships with key customers to harvest and maximise the opportunities arising from our global marketplace, Jenny is an asset to our China office.
Whilst working as a buyer for cargo airlines, SF Airlines, and Longhao Airlines, she honed her skills in USM, authority regulation, and understanding the unique needs of customers. Jenny began her civil aviation journey with a role at ST Aerospace (Guangzhou), now known as ST Engineering Aerospace, and her passion for the industry and for acquiring knowledge to further her career has not waned.
Jenny graduated from Guangxi Normal University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, which has served her well in her communication with colleagues and in her career in the sector.
When not at work, Jenny enjoys road trips and immersing herself in the beauty of nature. She keeps a healthy work-life balance while exercising, which she says makes her feel refreshed and energised.

Mickey Dai is AJW Group's Director of Sales and Operations for the China region. She joined AJW Group in 2013, bringing with her a wealth of industry-relevant experience in business development. Her expertise lies in airworthiness, airports, and commercial aviation. Mickey has built strong relationships with customers across China, Hong Kong, and Macao. Additionally, her professional accounting background has given her valuable financial acumen.
Mickey has an accounting degree from MacQuarrie University, Sydney, and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese. Her hobbies include dance, exercising at the gym, and yoga.
