He moved from AJW UK sales team in mid-2014 to take up the position of Operations Manager Asia-Pacific and is based in the AJW Singapore office.  Anupreet is responsible for developing sales opportunities as well as maintaining current business relationships - he is the main point of contact for all AJW's customers throughout the region.


In addition to co-ordinating AJW's operational support for airlines, Anupreet also manages internal/external audits, AJW's warehouse stock inventory, and the IT infrastructure of the Singapore office. He is the appointed quality representative of AJW in the Asia Pacific region, responsible for new staff training programmes and company records. 


Anupreet is a member of the Ministry of Labour India for Industrial Training &Trading Division.

Geoff is responsible for nurturing relationships with key customers to harvest and maximise the opportunities arising from our placement in the region and to grow the reach of the business.


He has been in the aviation industry since he first left school and started an Engine & Airframe apprenticeship in one of the UK’s aviation centres, RAE Farnborough. Following that he moved to what he called his second apprenticeship, working for Dan Air Engineering services, in Hampshire, Gatwick, and then Paris.


After commencing an overseas adventure in 1991, Geoff gained experience outside the industry, where his flexibility and enthusiasm for professional development led him to a role as a team member then team supervisor, and lastly into business development and sales. Returning to the UK, he joined British Midland at Heathrow, which also included another posting to CDG in Paris.


In 1999 he joined Air New Zealand Engineering Services in Christchurch NZ, where he thrived using his skills in agility to drive his ambition and developed a career that spanned many areas of aircraft maintenance and engineering within the airline. His remit included planning, project management, procurement, account and commercial management, and finally led to operations management and the leadership of over 300 staff.

Scott is a senior aviation executive who joined AJW Group as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in 2023 bringing 30 years of experience across the leasing, airline, OEM, and MRO sectors and has achieved an Executive MBA with Distinction.


He is responsible for driving the strategic sales plan across the AJW portfolio business lines and works hand in hand with other members of the Executive team and key leaders across the organisation to develop and implement an integrated commercial strategy.


Prior to joining AJW, Scott led the commercial, sales and marketing functions of a Dublin based aircraft lessor. Having developed the commercial team and built the platform to manage an 80 aircraft portfolio, Scott is committed to AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency. Starting his aviation career straight from school as an apprentice aircraft fitter at BAE SYSTEMS, he made quick progress at the company, becoming a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer, and then transferring to Toulouse to join technical support before moving into commercial roles. After 20 years at BAE, he moved to Athens to initiate Europe’s biggest ever start-up airline, Olympic Air, where he negotiated multiple aircraft leases, PBH and support contracts as well as starting the third-party MRO business. After, he relocated back to Scotland to set up and implement the aircraft leasing support strategy for the company which is now Collins Aerospace.


Outside of work, Scott loves to travel and is a passionate supporter of his national rugby team, attending all home games at Murrayfield and he can also be found at Scotstoun supporting the Glasgow Warriors.
