AJW Technique, the maintenance hub for AJW Group’s global component repair and overhaul activities, has appointed Robert Gogo as Director of Customer Experience.
At AJW Technique, Gogo will be responsible for managing all elements of customer service, ensuring operational responsiveness as well as strategic account management.
Gogo has twenty-five years of aviation experience, beginning with Air Canada and has since held management positions in supply chain, operations, strategic sourcing, business development and account management.
He joined AJW Technique seven years ago and has worked with the team across many areas of focus to build a world-class repair facility.
