AJW Technique, the maintenance hub for the AJW Group's component repair and overhaul service, has been selected as a finalist for five categories at 'the145.com' 2017 Top Shop Awards.
The company has been shortlisted for the 'Best Avionics and Instruments Repair,' 'Best Electro-Mechanical Repair,' 'Best Fuel Systems and Fuel Accessories Repair,' 'Best Galley Components Repair,' and 'Best Hydraulics Repair' awards.
AJW Technique's maintenance, repair and overhaul centre is renowned for using one of the best industry-specific engineering skill bases in the world. It works directly with leading airline customers to improve component reliability, maximise time on-wing, and reduce direct maintenance costs. It has enabled AJW Group to deliver reliable and first class turnaround times and a superior service for its customers.

AJW Technique now repairs parts which in total cover approximately 80% of ATA chapters, including avionics, pneumatics, hydraulics, fuel, electric generation and galley and safety equipment. They have also been paving the way for proactive use of component data analytics allowing for subassembly failure modes to be tracked and prevented. As a Group AJW generates many millions of hours of reliability data each year across its fleet of over 1300 aircraft. Combine this with a detailed product knowledge derived from varying operator flight profiles and the data that is being generated is of direct benefit to the organizations broad scope of end users.
