With over 25 years' experience in aviation, Conrad has worked previously for Flightspares and the BBA Group before joining AJW as Commercial & Contracts Manager in 2004. With a change in role to MRO Director in 2007, he became responsible for the total repair management service at AJW, supporting both AJW and direct customer inventories, developing them significantly under his tenure. Following this, Conrad took up position as Sales Development Director whose responsibilities included the management and sale of all major assets held by AJW, with the additional focus of continual development and growth of all aspects of AJW capabilities. In his current role as SVP Strategic Material & Asset Management he manages and develops all existing and future consigment opportunities, to increase the current stock and sales portfolio for our global programmes.

Her 20 years in the aviation aftermarket industry include a wide range of experience in sales and marketing, business development, operations, quality and general management. She currently supports a diverse US customer base including airlines and MRO's by providing technical, financial and contractual solutions while driving development of national sales strategies. Prior to joining AJW Angela spent nearly 15 years at Airline Spares America ultimately holding the position of Vice President, as well as 2 years with Component Control as a sales and business development executive.

Asier is now responsible for developing new business opportunities for AJW in the region and leading the company's dynamic European sales team.

Tom de Geytere is Chief Sales Officer for AJW Group. His primary task is to oversee the development of the organisation’s Part Sales & Support and Engines’ divisions. In addition to this he is responsible for growing business in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the CIS through the development of unique solutions to suit the creative and diverse business models of airlines, lessors and OEM’s.


Extensive industry experience enables Tom to provide a holistic view of the airline value chain. This has been honed by executive positions in Asian and European airlines in the fields of advisory services and business development for start-ups and legacy carriers. Previously Tom was CEO at Air Via, responsible for restructuring the loss-making Bulgarian charter airline. In tandem with this role, he consulted on a variety of projects globally and across cargo, legacy and start-up airlines. Before that, he undertook a number of senior roles with Cargolux Airlines rising from business analyst to internal auditor, and ultimately adviser to the President and CEO on business development and organisational engineering.


Tom is fluent in English, French, Dutch and conversational German. He has an MBA and has served in the Belgian Airforce as an officer and pilot.
