A CIPD-qualified people professional, Jade brings more than a decade of experience across talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development. She began her career in a high-performing recruitment agency before moving into talent acquisition at Virgin Atlantic, later joining AJW in 2019. She is currently completing a Level 7 Senior People Professional Apprenticeship, strengthening her strategic HR expertise in organisational development, people strategy, and evidence-based practice.
