Based in Vienna, Austria, Alexander supports the company's European & African customers in his role as Regional Sales Manager. He joined AJW Group in 2003 as an Account Manager responsible for the German-speaking markets. This role rapidly grew into servicing the African and Asian regions, and he was appointed to the role of Sales Team Leader before moving into his current role in 2016.
Alexander has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise as the dynamic aviation market has evolved and has developed a thorough understanding of his customer’s needs through times of industry growth and turmoil.
His strengths lie in his ability to build strong, long-standing customer relationships through his adept and customer-focused communications, and he plays a crucial role as a liaison between AJW's support teams and its growing European & African customer base.

She plays a key role in consolidating the vendor base for streamlined operations while maintaining a competitive advantage. With expertise in developing sourcing strategies and negotiating contracts, she has successfully driven substantial cost reductions.
With a strong background in procurement across the aviation, renewable energy, and telecommunications industries, Jolanta is committed to her professional development and is currently pursuing a CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
Outside work, she enjoys swimming, long walks in the forest with her dog, and spending quality time with her family through sports and outdoor activities.

He and others in the strategic sourcing team are responsible for sourcing, selection, negotiation, contracting, and cost management of spare parts. His mission is to help drive a predictable supply chain and to expand part sourcing for the Group.
He has a CIPS Advanced Level 3 qualification in procurement and supply and has his sights set on CIPS Level 4 studies to help grow his knowledge and advance his career further. His previous positions include roles in buying, planning, operations, and logistics in various industries before joining the aviation sector.
When not in the office Jon focuses his energy on watching and playing golf and football.
