Matt joined AJW in 2013 and has built an impressive career progressing through multiple functions, including PBH, SIM, contracted repairs, and solutions. His diverse experience across these areas has given him a comprehensive understanding of AJW's repair operations and customer needs.
In his current role as Head of Repairs, Matt oversees all ad hoc repair activity, including customer repairs and teardown projects. He is responsible for managing supplier performance and delivering service that balances cost with component reliability, turnaround time, and exceptional customer service.
His practical, collaborative approach and deep operational knowledge make him instrumental in ensuring AJW maintains its reputation for quality repairs and customer satisfaction across our global operations.

Nick joined AJW Group in 2011 setting up AJW’s China operation and developing key strategic accounts across the region. Since 2018 Nick has focused on developing strategic customer relationships worldwide leveraging his extensive AJW customer network to build business relationships.
Now in the role of SVP Global Sales & Business Development, he also oversees our global Business Development Team introducing AJW products and services across our customer base. The business development team is a dynamic, multicultural, solution-driven team with customer experience in mind every step of the way. The team’s mission is to nurture relationships with key customers to harvest and maximise the opportunities arising from our global marketplace.
When not seeing to sales and business development, Nick enjoys spending his spare time outdoors, cycling, horseriding, sailing, and if there’s any time left, playing golf.

Tolkyn joined AJW at the beginning of 2009 from Air Astana and is based in Kazakhstan. Her role focuses on developing AJW's business in Central Asia, including Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Mongolia. Tolkyn has previously held management position in Air Astana as Technical Contracts & Supplies Manager. She got her MBA degree in 2003 at International University of Management, Economics and Strategic Research in Almaty, Kazakhstan and her previous educational background includes Architectural & Construction College and Dzhambul Technological University in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Umit began his career in customer support and gained further experience with several roles in technical purchasing and the Used Serviceable Material (USM) market at Onur Airlines and MNG Airlines in Turkey. He moved on to supporting companies including GA Telesis, and took on critical positions in sales management at EurAsia, later becoming a director of strategic sourcing and business development.
Umit graduated from university with a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is committed to flying the AJW flag high by creating new opportunities for the company to expand in the aviation industry.
When not focusing on work, Umit enjoys being with his daughter, traveling, spending time with family and friends – and getting in a bit of gym time!
