All ADIRUs are subject to mandatory export licence approval prior to shipment. The process of obtaining a licence with the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) takes between 6-8 weeks for the license to be released. Operators that are not in possession of an export licence, which is valid for 4 years once received, now have the opportunity to plan their Initial Provisioning stock with an advance order and early export license application, locking in the 2022 pricing and avoiding a lengthy wait on the application lead-time.
