Anna started her journey with AJW Group as a PBH Account Manager in 2015 and later moved into a role as Senior PBH Account Manager. She later left the Group to take on a position as Aviation Consultant to Eclipse Air Charter but returned to AJW in 2020 as Sales Account Manager in PS&S.
Based in Montreal, Anna is responsible for managing sales and customer service activities and building pivotal relationships with our customers to meet their unique needs.
She started her career in retail as a buyer, then moved into a managerial position in sales before moving into a career in aviation. Since joining AJW she has grown and developed her industry knowledge, building and maintaining strong relationships with AJW customers and stakeholders to guarantee service excellence and a smooth supply chain delivery.
She values open communication with her customers and by focusing on the company values of authenticity and customer obsession ensures the AJW name is held in high regard.

Joining the Group at its regional offices in Istanbul as Accounting and Finance Manager in 2022, Hakan is a valued member of the AJW Türkiye team. He is responsible for delivering exemplary customer service and driving aviation efficiency throughout the region.
He graduated from Anatolian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and obtained an MBA degree from Istanbul Beykent University. Gaining extensive experience in his role as Account and Financial Chief for Onurair Technics between 2005 and 2022, he worked as Revenue Specialist at Tailwind Airlines before joining AJW Group.
When away from the office, Hakan enjoys football, spending time with his family, and reading history and detective novels.

Jenny joined AJW in 2022 as a Business Development Manager for its regional customer accounts in China. As part of a dynamic, multicultural, solution-driven team, she keeps customer service at the forefront of her career with AJW Group.
Working as part of a global team with a mission to nurture relationships with key customers to harvest and maximise the opportunities arising from our global marketplace, Jenny is an asset to our China office.
Whilst working as a buyer for cargo airlines, SF Airlines, and Longhao Airlines, she honed her skills in USM, authority regulation, and understanding the unique needs of customers. Jenny began her civil aviation journey with a role at ST Aerospace (Guangzhou), now known as ST Engineering Aerospace, and her passion for the industry and for acquiring knowledge to further her career has not waned.
Jenny graduated from Guangxi Normal University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, which has served her well in her communication with colleagues and in her career in the sector.
When not at work, Jenny enjoys road trips and immersing herself in the beauty of nature. She keeps a healthy work-life balance while exercising, which she says makes her feel refreshed and energised.

He and others in the strategic sourcing team are responsible for sourcing, selection, negotiation, contracting, and cost management of spare parts. His mission is to help drive a predictable supply chain and to expand part sourcing for the Group.
He has a CIPS Advanced Level 3 qualification in procurement and supply and has his sights set on CIPS Level 4 studies to help grow his knowledge and advance his career further. His previous positions include roles in buying, planning, operations, and logistics in various industries before joining the aviation sector.
When not in the office Jon focuses his energy on watching and playing golf and football.

In his current role as Technical Sales and Pricing Lead for the Part, Supply & Support team, Sean is responsible for managing sales, loans & Exchange RFQs, and orders as well as “non-contractual” customer repair activity worldwide. He believes in building lasting trusted relationships with customers to manage and serve individual needs and ensures his team is agile and responsive and operates a companywide partnership model.
With the support of our AOG team, Sean and his team offer comprehensive 24/7/365 support with the ability to communicate with customers in their native language to ensure a complete understanding of their unique requirements covering the worldwide customer base.

Sude is an energetic person and enjoys walking in nature, visiting interesting places, and sampling tasty cuisines. She is an avid amateur horse rider and hopes someday to compete professionally.
